Format                            

18 Holes Stroke Play. Winning team is combined scores of one best gross and 4 best net (unused score to be used for countback purposes in the event of a tie).

Registration                    

Team Captain/Organiser to register in the Championship Office on the day at Builth Wells GC

 

Parental Consent Forms

Only one consent form needs to be completed for the whole team, if any players do not consent to having their photo taken please specify on the form when prompted to do so. Please access the Online Parental Consent Form here.

 

Withdrawals/Substitutions                    

Any teams substituting players for any reason must notify Daniel Fullager on daniel.fullager@walesgolf.org at the earliest convenience, with the new player’s name and CDH number.

 

Practice Round               

Practice rounds to be booked directly with Builth Wells Golf Club, at the club’s discretion.

 

Practice Facilities           

Practice area (150 yards maximum), 2 nets, putting green and a short game area. All practice areas are bring your own balls.

 

Caddies & Spectators      

Caddies are not allowed

Spectators are welcome and encouraged

 

Catering                          

Open for breakfast and lunch. At player’s own expense.

 

Clubhouse & Pro Shop    

Open 1 hour prior to the first tee time.
