OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to one complimentary practice round at the Fraser Edmundston during the week of the championship. Available tee times will be established at the discretion of the host club. Please call (506) 739-6190 to book a practice round.
PRACTICE FACILITIES, PRESENTED BY BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Practice Facilities at the club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. Complimentary range balls will be provided to participants prior to each competitive round.
PLAYER MEETING
A player meeting is scheduled to take place at 6:00 PM on July 6th.
PRIZES
Golf NB Gift Certificates will be provided to prize winners, with the total amount depending on the size of the field.
Competitors are eligible to win only one prize (net or gross) with the prize awarded being of the highest value of those for which they may qualify. A competitor may, however, be declared the champion of more than one competition, e.g., Under 17 & Under 19 Champion, but will receive only one prize.
Please Note: Golf NB protocol is to mail all prizes no later than one week after the closing of the competition.
PLAYER MEALS
A meal, or food voucher, will be provided to each participant following their first round.
HOST HOTEL
The Four Points Sheraton will serve as the Host Hotel for the event. Participants are able to book their accommodations by calling the hotel at (506) 739-7321 and booking under "Golf NB Provincial Junior Championships" or directly online with the following link: Book your group rate for Golf NB : Provincial Junior Championships
Please note that the rooming deadline for the event is June 6th, 2023.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Golf NB at (506) 451-1324 or by email at admin@golfnb.ca. Entry fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, if Golf NB is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf NB and Golf Canada competitions.

TOUR D'ENTRAÎNEMENT OFFICIEL

INSTALLATIONS D'ENTRAÎNEMENT, PRÉSENTÉES PAR BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Les installations d'entraînement du club seront mises à la disposition de tous les joueurs du tournoi pendant toute la durée de celui-ci. Des balles de golf gratuites seront fournies aux participants avant chaque tour de compétition.
RÉUNION DES JOUEURS
Une réunion des joueurs est prévue le 8 juillet à 18h00.
PRIX
Des certificats-cadeaux de Golf NB seront remis aux gagnants des prix, le montant total dépendant de la taille du terrain.
Les concurrents ne peuvent gagner qu'un seul prix (net ou brut), le prix attribué étant de la plus grande valeur parmi ceux pour lesquels ils peuvent se qualifier. Un concurrent peut toutefois être déclaré champion de plus d'une compétition, par exemple, champion des moins de 17 ans et des moins de 19 ans, mais il ne recevra qu'un seul prix.
Veuillez noter que le protocole de Golf NB consiste à envoyer tous les prix par la poste au plus tard une semaine après la clôture de la compétition.
REPAS DES JOUEURS
Un repas, ou un bon d'alimentation, sera offert à chaque participant après son premier tour.
HÔTEL D'ACCUEIL

Veuillez noter que la date limite de réservation des chambres pour l'événement est le 6 juin 2023.
AVIS DE RETRAIT
Si vous constatez que vous ne pouvez pas participer au championnat, vous devez vous retirer officiellement de l'événement en communiquant avec Golf NB au (506) 451-1324 ou par courriel à admin@golfnb.ca. Les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés après la date limite d'inscription sans un certificat médical. Les droits d'inscription seront remboursés, moins des frais administratifs de 25 $, si Golf NB est informé de l'intention d'un joueur de se retirer avant la date limite d'inscription. Si vous ne vous retirez pas officiellement, vous risquez d'être DISQUALIFIÉ des compétitions futures de Golf NB et de Golf Canada.
