OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to one complimentary practice round at the Petitcodiac Valley Golf & Country Club during the week leading up to the championship. Please call (506) 756-8129 to book a practice round. Please note that available times are at the discretion of the host club.
PLAYER MEETING
A player meeting is scheduled to take place at 6:00PM on Saturday, July 1st. The meeting will be conducted by the Tournament Rules Chair in English, a Golf NB representative will be in attendance to translate any questions or clarifications that players may have.
PRACTICE FACILITIES, PRESENTED BY BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Practice Facilities at the club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. Complimentary range balls will be provided to participants prior to each competitive round.
PRIZES
Golf NB Gift Certificates will be provided to prize winners, with the total amount depending on the size of the field.
Gross and Net Prizes will be awarded by Age Categories and Divisions. Competitors are eligible to win only one prize (net or gross) with the prize awarded being of the highest value of those for which they may qualify. A competitor may, however, be declared the champion of more than one competition, e.g., Amateur & Senior Champion, but will receive only one prize.
Please Note: Golf NB protocol is to mail all prizes no later than one week after the closing of the competition.
PLAYER MEALS
A player's dinner will take place following the conclusion of Round 1, the start time is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
HOST HOTEL
There is no host hotel for this championship.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Golf NB at (506) 451-1324 or by email at info@golfnb.ca. Entry fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, if Golf NB is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf NB and Golf Canada competitions.

RONDE DE PRATIQUE OFFICIELLE
Tous les joueurs ont droit à une ronde de pratique gratuite au Petitcodiac Valley Golf & Country Club durant la semaine précédant le championnat. Veuillez composer le (506) 756-8129 pour réserver une ronde de pratique. Veuillez noter que les heures disponibles sont à la discrétion du club hôte.
RÉUNION DES JOUEURS
Une réunion des joueurs est prévue à 18 h le samedi 1er juillet. La réunion sera dirigée par le président des règles du tournoi en anglais. Un représentant de Golf NB sera présent pour traduire toute question ou précision que les joueurs pourraient avoir.
INSTALLATIONS D'ENTRAÎNEMENT, PRÉSENTÉES PAR BROKERLINK INSURANCE
Les installations d'entraînement du club seront mises à la disposition de tous les joueurs du tournoi pendant toute la durée de celui-ci. Des balles de golf gratuites seront fournies aux participants avant chaque tour de compétition.
PRIX
Des chèques-cadeaux Golf NB seront remis aux gagnants des prix, le montant total dépendant de la taille du terrain.
Les prix bruts et nets seront attribués par catégories d'âge et divisions. Les concurrents ne peuvent gagner qu'un seul prix (net ou brut), le prix attribué étant de la plus grande valeur parmi ceux pour lesquels ils peuvent se qualifier. Un concurrent peut toutefois être déclaré champion de plus d'une compétition, par exemple, champion amateur et senior, mais il ne recevra qu'un seul prix.
Veuillez noter que le protocole de Golf NB consiste à envoyer tous les prix par la poste au plus tard une semaine après la clôture de la compétition.
REPAS DES JOUEURS
Un dîner des joueurs aura lieu à l'issue du premier tour. L'heure de départ est prévue à 19h00.
HOTEL HÔTE
Il n'y a pas d'hôtel pour ce championnat.
AVIS DE RETRAIT
Si vous constatez que vous ne pouvez pas participer au championnat, vous devez vous retirer officiellement de l'événement en communiquant avec Golf NB au (506) 451-1324 ou par courriel à info@golfnb.ca. Les frais d'inscription ne seront pas remboursés après la date limite d'inscription sans un certificat médical. Les droits d'inscription seront remboursés, moins des frais administratifs de 25 $, si Golf NB est informé de l'intention d'un joueur de se retirer avant la date limite d'inscription. Si vous ne vous retirez pas officiellement, vous pouvez faire l'objet d'une DISQUALIFICATION pour les compétitions futures de Golf NB et de Golf Canada.
