• Low index on team determines flight 
• Lower index teams play late/early
• Tee times - Wed 12:30 - 3:00; Thurs 8:00 - 10:30 
• Team handicap = 40% of low + 10% of high 
• 10 stroke maximum differential - higher handicap adjusted if necessary
• Maximum index = 36.  Above 36 will be adjusted
• Tournament entry fee per team - $160 + $4.94 (processing fee) = $164.94
• Cart fee: $85.60
• Trail fee: $38.26

Payouts per team for each flight both gross and net:

     1st - $280

     2nd - $170

     3rd - $125
