Format
72 Holes Stroke Play. Cut to the top 70 & ties after round 2.
Tee Times
First 2 rounds - Published online on Friday 14th April. Round 3 and 4 in reverse standing order based on player scores.

Withdrawals
Players withdrawing should email championships@walesgolf.org, and we will get back to you asap.
Consent Forms
Any player who will be under 18 years of age by the first day of Championship is required to complete an online consent form. Any player who is required to complete a consent form and has not done so before they tee off on the first may be withdrawn from the tournament.

Close Tee Time Requests
Anyone who may be car sharing and/or sharing accommodation for the event may request a close tee times for Rounds 1 & 2, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be upheld. Please use this link for a Close Tee Time Request, specifying the names of the other players affected by 5pm Thursday 13th April.
Practice Facilities
Grass range (tokens to be purchased from pro shop) – one bucket of balls per player prior to their round with ball collection after the last tee time. Anyone who wishes to hit more balls can do so at the other practice areas mentioned next or can visit any local driving ranges. There are 2 nets, a putting and chipping green. There is a practice area at the far end of range which is bring your own balls.

Catering
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. At player’s own expense.

Open 1 hour prior to the start of each day’s play

Scorecards, Pin Positions and Local Rules to be collected at the 1st tee from the starter each morning. Live scoring to be completed by the players (one in each group) via smart phones.
