  • Limited Practice rounds throughout the day – players are encouraged to try and do the practice round prior to this date – call the golf shop at 434-384-3411 to reserve a time ($30 fee)
  • Registration will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Exhibition with Donna Andrews followed by Taco Bar beginning at 6:30 p.m.
• Sun, June 4
  • Round 1 starting at 7:30 a.m.
  • Registration will be open from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
  • Box lunches for players and caddies
    • Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
  • Traditional Southern BBQ on the front lawn beginning at 6:30 p.m.

  • Round 2 starting at 7:30 a.m.  (re-paired based on Rd 1 results)
  • Box lunches for players and caddies
    • Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
• Tue, June 6
  • Final Round starting at 7:30 a.m.  (re-paired based on results)
  • Box lunches for players and caddies
    • Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
  • Kona Ice truck available upon completion of play
  • Awards Ceremony following play
