Courtesy Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the golf shop and identifying yourself as a competitor in the field. A mandatory cart fee of $27++ will be charged (whether or not players choose to ride during practice). The range will be available for a short warm up prior to the practice round.

Starting Times: Play will begin at 7:30am off the first tee.
Withdrawals: Please advise the Mass Golf office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. If there is a need to call the Mass Golf office after the close of business on Wednesday, June 13th, please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948 [leave a message] or via email at lnochta@massgolf.org.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 3 qualifying spots, 2 alternates
Distance Devices: The use of distancing e measuring devices is prohibited. Penalty for breach of this condition: Two stroke penalty for the first breach, Disqualification for second Breach of Rule 14-3.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted. Pull/push carts will be permitted.
Caddies: Ferncroft CC has a limited number of caddies available for players to utilize. Please contact Tom Yee, Dir. of Caddie Operations, via email (T.YEE@ferncroftcc.com) to line up a FCC caddie and to learn more about caddie fees.
Golf Ball: The One-Ball Rule will be in effect. See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: Open and available at 6:30am. Lunch will be available at 11:00am in the grill room – cash and credit are accepted. The half way house will also be available for players to purchase snacks and drinks at the turn during the event.
Dress Code: Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the U.S. Women's Senior Open Championship application.
*Please also review the 2018 USGA Hard Card and other policies located under the tab labled "USGA Policies" prior to competion.
*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10-15 minutes prior to your starting time.
