CGA State Junior Championship - 13U & 11U

State Championship Date: Monday, July 24, 2023 - Tuesday, July 25, 2023. CommonGround Golf Course    

 

Format: 13U & 11U Divisions - 36 holes of stroke play 

 

Entry Fee: 13U & 11U Divisions - $150.00 

                   9U Division - $60.00

 

Age Limit: 11U Division: Cannot be 12 on or before July 24, 2023

                         13U Division: Cannot be 14 on or before July 24, 2023

 

Field Size: 13U Girls - 21

                   13U Boys - 24

                   11U Girls - 21

                   11U Boys - 24

 

 

Walking Only Event: The CGA Junior State Championship and its qualifiers are walking-only events, players may carry their bag, or use a pull cart.

 

Caddies: 11U and 9U Divisions are the only Divisions permitted to use caddies. 

 

Spectator Carts: TBD. 

 

Yardage: Will be available under the Championship Information tab.

Approximate Yardage: 13U Boys- 5,500 yds.  

Approximate Yardage: 13U Girls - 5000 yds.

Approximate Yardage: 11U Boys - 5000 yds.

Approximate Yardage: 11U Girls - 4500 yds

Food & Beverage: CommonGround F&B offerings will be closed due to renovation. The CGA will provide a breakfast option each morning of the Championship.  

 

Score Posting: The CGA will post scores for players.

Withdraw/Refund Policy

If a player needs to withdraw from an event, they must notify the CGA as soon as possible.
• Entrants who withdraw before the entry deadline date will be refunded less a $10 service fee regardless of the reason.
• Entrants who withdraw after the deadline date, but at least two days prior to the first day of the event, will receive a 50% refund of their entry fee.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason for withdrawal within two days or after the start of the event.

All refunds are issued to the person listed on the entry form. Allow up to two weeks for processing a refund.

 

NOTE: If a player is positive for COVID-19 at the time of the event a full refund will be given.
