Registration Opens: Saturday, August 13th at 7:00 am
Once registration opens, you will need to log into Golf Genius with the event GGID below in order to register. If you are registered with Golf Genius, you can log in with your email and password.
We highly recommend registering on your computer and not on your phone.

The first 36 Teams to register will form the field. The field will fill up quickly, so be prepared to register the morning of August 13th. All registrations after the first 36 Teams will be put on the waitlist. We will add teams off the waitlist in multiples of 6 teams to form additional Flights up to a maximum of 48 teams.
Members MUST have an active GHIN number at Bentwater Country Club in order to participate. If you do not carry an active GHIN number at Bentwater Country Club, please contact the Golf Shop prior to registration opening.
When registering, you will need to have your Guest's Active Ghin #, their Email, and their Cell Phone. If you are unsure of who your guest will be, just register your guest with your Last Name and TBD in the first name field. In order to hold your spot, you will need to confirm all of your Guest’s information by 12:00 pm on Friday, September 9th. In order to update your Guest’s information, log back into the website, click the Registration Button, and then click Edit Registration. Failure to update your Guest’s information by the deadline will automatically move your team to the end of the waitlist, and the first team on the waitlist will receive your position in the field.
Entry Fees for you and your guest will be charged to your Member Account on September 9th.
The deadline to withdraw and receive a full refund if is 12:00 pm on Friday, September 16th. If your team needs to withdraw after the deadline, you may still be able to receive a refund if a replacement team is found for your spot.
