Method of Reservations: Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Best Western
Plus Civic Center at (207) 622-4751. Attendees must be instructed to request “Men’s Amateur Block” to receive the group
rate. OR Individuals can make reservations online by visiting the reservation link below. Individual cancellations for the
group will be 48hrs.

Cut-off Date: Reservations by individual attendees must be received on or before June 25, 2018 (the “Cut-Off Date”). At
the Cut-Off Date, the hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event and release the unreserved rooms for general
sale.

No Shows: No-Shows will be charged one night’s room and tax for the date of arrival.

Billing Arrangements: For individuals paying on their own they must guarantee payment of charges by a major credit card
when making their reservation. Individual accounts must be paid in full upon departure.
