Friday, August 19th - Tee Times Begin at 9:00 a.m. on #1 - Sabot
~Players Lunch 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 20th - Tee Times begin at 8:00 off #1 & #10 - Manakin (*Valentine Putting Contest)
~Players Cookout 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, August 21st - Tee Times begin at 8:00 off #1 & #10 - Sabot
~Players Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Player Starting Times
Player starting times for Round 1 will be posted the end of day Friday, August 12th.
Practice Rounds
Will be available from Tuesday, August 16th - Thursday, August 18th, after 1:00 p.m. Players are asked to call to make a tee time for a practice round tee time and may do so 7 days in advance (Tuesday-10th, Wednesday-11th or Thursday-12th). The cost of the practice round will be $53.25 inclusive of tax and this includes the cart fee.
Points of Interest
Purchases while on club property - All participants in the field will be issued a Valentine (V-#) number for any purchases they would like to make while on club property throughout the event. We know that some may have account numbers at local area clubs as well. These individuals are welcome to use these account numbers as well to reciprocate back to their club. The Golf Shop and The 1900 Shop (Fitness Center) do accept credit cards for merchandise purchases also.
*Valentine Putting Contest - This event will begin at 12:30 on Saturday on the lower Sabot putting green by the short range area. Please remember that we will ask participants to remove their socks and shoes while participating to preserve the putting surface.
Skins - There will be an optional skins offering for the tournament on Friday and Saturday. The skins game will be a $40 cash entry fee (In Divisions), $20 allocated to Friday's round and $20 allocated to Saturday's round.
