Founding Membership is open to both men and women in the Inaugural 2022 Golf Season and allows you to compete in all of 417GC's sanctioned tournaments including the 3-day long Club Championship in August. All tournaments have generous net and gross pay-outs. There is also an optional Skins Game. Net score winners are determined using the USGA GHIN Handicap System. If you do not currently have a GHIN Number, your paid membership will register you for your USGA GHIN Handicap Index and you will be able to enter your scores at GHIN.com to create your handicap. Only three 18 hole scores are initially needed to establish a handicap. Members pay only for the tournaments in which they wish to compete and the greens fees for the tournaments are discounted from the public rate. Participation in every tournament is not required. The first 100 Founders will receive a Founding Member Commemorative Coin.

Talk to your municipal course Golf Pro if you do not currently have a Patron account and would like to set up your own Park Board Golf Patron Plan to save 25% off of green fees and cart rentals at all Springfield Municipal Golf Courses.

ONLY FOR NEW MEMBERS: Choose this membership option if you want to try out 417 Golf Club for 30 Days before paying the annual membership fee! This will allow you to register and play your first few tournaments during your trial period. By the end of your 30 days you will need to contact admin@417gc.org and sign up as a Founding Member or Founding Patron or you will no longer be able to participate in the 417GC tournament schedule. (Similar to the Rules of Golf, the Trial Membership is an honor system. Please do not renew your trial membership just to avoid paying the annual member fee.)
