Entry Fee & Deadline Procedure

• Entry fee is $250 CAD (tax included). Please note that Golf Canada only accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) as a method of payment.
• The qualifier is open to the first 144 eligible amateurs or golf professional entries received before the registration deadline.  Entries received after the first 144 will be placed on a wait list in the order in which they are received.  Alternates will be notified via email as to their position on the wait list.
• Entry fees will not be refunded after the entry deadline date. Late entries will not be accepted.  All entries are subject to the approval of Golf Canada.  
• Starting times will be established by Golf Canada and will be posted at www.rbccanadianopen.com, within three (3) days of the competition.
• Note: Entry fee ($250 CAD) is subject to $50 non-refundable administration charge.

 

How to Register

To apply, visit www.golfcanada.ca/competitions-calendar and click on the register link by the event you would like to participate in. Players will then be instructed to log-in to Golf Genius, using their Golf Canada membership credentials. If you need assistance accessing your Golf Canada membership, please call 1-800-263-0009 x399 or email members@golfcanada.ca. Foreign players must register as a "non-member." 

 

After registering, players will be listed as “Pending.” Payment will not be processed until a player is moved to “Accepted.” Remember to submit the application well in advance of 5:00pm EDT on the registration deadline. Late, incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be accepted and are not the responsibility of Golf Canada. Once a player is accepted into a championship and payment has been processed, entry fees are non-refundable.

• Le tournoi qualificatif est ouvert aux 144 premières inscriptions admissibles d'amateurs ou de professionnels du golf reçues avant la date limite d'inscription. Les inscriptions reçues après les 144 premières seront placées sur une liste d'attente dans l'ordre où elles auront été reçues. Les remplaçants seront informés par courriel de leur position sur la liste d'attente.
• Les frais d’inscription ne sont pas remboursables après la clôture des inscriptions. Toutes les inscriptions tardives seront refusées. Toutes les demandes d’inscription sont sujettes à l’approbation de Golf Canada. 
• Les heures de départ seront déterminées par Golf Canada et seront affichées sur le site www.omniumcanadienRBC.com dans les trois (3) jours précédant la compétition.
• Remarque : Les frais d’inscription (250 $CAD) sont sujets à des frais administratifs non remboursables de 50 $.

 

Comment s'inscrire

Visitez le site www.golfcanada.ca/fr/calendrier-de-competitions et cliquez sur « Inscription » à l’extrême droite de la ligne correspondant au championnat qui vous intéresse dans le calendrier des compétitions. Les athlètes seront alors invités à se connecter à Golf Genius, en utilisant leurs identifiants de membre de Golf Canada. Si vous avez besoin d'aide pour accéder à votre adhésion à Golf Canada, veuillez composer le 1-800-263-0009, poste 399, ou envoyer un courriel à membres@golfcanada.ca.  Les joueurs étrangers doivent s’inscrire en tant que « non-membre ».

Après l'inscription, les joueurs seront listés comme « En attente ». Le paiement ne sera pas traité tant que le joueur ne sera pas passé dans la catégorie « Accepté ». N’oubliez pas de soumettre votre demande d’inscription bien avant l’échéance de 17 h (HAE) à la date limite d’inscription indiquée pour le championnat en question. Les inscriptions tardives, incomplètes ou incorrectes ne seront pas acceptées et ne sont pas la responsabilité Golf Canada. Lorsqu’une inscription a été acceptée pour un championnat, les droits d’inscription ne sont pas remboursables.
