Field: 64 players (max) Bays 2-8 + VIP will be used. 4 players per bay - enter with your friends or as a single.
Course: Poppy Hills Golf Course
Tees: Men (White); Ladies (Red)
Mulligans: Maximum of (2) mulligans can be purchased for $10 each
Gimmes: 1 meter (3.28’) ft
Greens: Fastest (!!)
Scoring: There will be Gross & Net prizes.
Net Scoring - Must have a GOLFZON handicap (if you do not have a GOLFZON handicap you will be given a handicap of “0”). 80% of Golfzon Handicap will be used. Maximum handicap is 36.
*Tie breakers will be decided by the USGA (last 9,6,3,1 holes) method
Prizes:
$40.00 of every individual entry fee will go to the tournament purse. The purse will be paid out in Golfplay Gift Cards.

Gross skins game - $10.00 per player - must have cash to play!

We're using the Golf Genius platform to run the tournament and will also be using it to accept registrations. The registration process is as follows:
The first step is to enter player information for each player in your group;
- First & Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Handicap index (Golfzon)
Once the player information has been entered, the person making the registration will need to set up a Golf Genius account by clicking on "New Registration". For players who have played in our Golfplay Leagues, they can simply use their existing Golf Genius account. Then you will will be directed to the payment page, where credit card information is entered.
Once payment has been processed, you will be taken to the Tee Sheet, where you can see availability of spots at each time (11:00am or 3:30pm). IMPORTANT - At this stage you will need to search for your group using the drop down menu at the top of the page by typing in the name of any golfer in your group.
Next, select the preferred time and then press the "DONE" button at the bottom right. That's it - your group is registered for the league!
NOTE - If there is no suitable time available for your group and you wish to cancel your registration, you can do so yourself by editing your account and requesting a refund. The refund will go automatically back onto the credit card used.
