Practice Round: A practice round is available by contacting the golf shop and introducing yourself as a competitor in the field. There will be a manditory cart fee of $25 per player. Best availablity will be Monday-Friday between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday after 1:30 pm.

Withdrawals: Please advise the NEGA office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the NEGA office may disqualify the player from future NEGA competitions. If there is a need to call the office after the close of business on Monday, June 25, please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948.
Format: 18 holes, stroke play
Qualifying Spots Available: 9 qualifying spots and ties
Caddies/Automotive Transportation: The use of golf carts is permitted during the qualifying round and included in the players entry fee. Caddies are allowed to ride in the cart, but players should note that there are 2 carts available per group, thus allowing 4 seats per group. The use of push carts is also allowed.
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Starting Times: Play will begin off #1 at 7:30 am.
Competition Tees/Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLUE tees (Approx. 6,500 yards; par 71).
Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: The golf shop and practice putting green will be available at 6:30am. Orange Hills CC does not have a driving range available for competitors to warm up.

Food and Beverage: The restaurant will be available for the day of competition starting at 11:00 am for players to purchase drinks, snacks, and/or lunch. Both cash and credit are accepted at Orange Hills.
