Practice Round: A practice round is available by contacting the golf shop and introducing yourself as a competitor in the field. There will be a manditory cart fee of $25 per player. Practice rounds may be schedule Monday-Thursday; if players wish, they may walk the golf course the afternoon of June 17th (the day prior to the qualifier).

Withdrawals: Please advise the NEGA office immediately at (774) 430-9016 if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the NEGA office may disqualify the player from future NEGA competitions. If there is a need to call the office after the close of business on Friday, June 15, please call Laura Nochta at (513) 800-7948 or reach her via email at lnochta@massgolf.org.
Format: 18 holes, stroke play
Qualifying Spots Available: 18 qualifying spots and ties
Caddies/Automotive Transportation: The use of golf carts is permitted during the qualifying round and included in the players entry fee. Caddies are allowed to ride in the cart, but players should note that there are 2 carts available per group, thus allowing 4 seats per group. The use of push carts is also allowed.
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Starting Times: Play will begin off both the 1st and 10th hole starting at 8:00 am.
Competition Tees/Yardage: The competition will be played from the BLUE tees (Approx. 6,100 yards; par 70 - the 8th hole will be played as a par 4).
Golf Shop and Practice Facilities: The golf shop and practice putting green will be available at 7:00am. Webhannet Golf Club does not have a driving range available for all competitors to warm up.

They will open at 7:00 am the day of the qualifier. The cost of balls is: $6/small, $8/medium, $10/large

Food and Beverage: There is a snack shop available for players to purchase snacks, sandwiches, and drinks and is located on the 8th tee box. Please note that CASH ONLY will be accepted. There is no other food avaiable at Webhannet Golf Club.
