Fall Series 4 Player Team Championship * Lakeside Golf Course * October 9th, 2022
CONDITIONS OF PLAY
Teeing Area
Players 49 years of age and younger will play from the Play Golf Lex Am Tour Michelob Ultra tees
Players 50-65 years of age will play from the BLUE tees
Players over 65 years of age will play from the GREY tees

Format
Players will play their own ball from their designated teeing area on each hole. The team score will consist of the lowest gross score of the 4 players combined with the lowest net score on each hole (same players score cannot be used for both). Players will receive 80% of their full 18 hole course handicap, based on the tees played, with strokes coming on designated handicap holes. Final placement will be determined by lowest total score for the combined 18 holes
Settling Ties
All ties will be determined by using the USGA Scorecard Playoff method. 1st – Back 9 Total, 2nd Last 6 holes, 3rd Last 3 holes, 4th Last Hole, Followed by Last Hole Backwards
Pace of Play
Maximum Pace of Play is set at 4 hours and 30 minutes. The maximum time to finish each hole is noted on the scorecard. Groups must maintain Pace of Play and position with the group immediately ahead of them. Pace will be monitored, official reserves the right to warn then assess penalty strokes if groups cannot maintain an appropriate pace of play. Players that are “out of the hole” are encouraged to pick up for speed of play.
Scoring
Each group will have 1 hardcard. 1 player in each group will keep the hardcard for backup and 1 player in each group will keep the online Golf Genius live scoring.
Doubt as to Procedure (Rule 20.1c(3)) & Provisional Ball (Rule 18.3)
If a competitor is doubtful of her rights or the correct procedure during the play of a hole, the competitor may, without penalty, complete the hole with two balls. The competitor should designate which ball they wish to count if the Rules permit, and the situation must be reported at the scoring area before the scorecard is returned. If a ball may be lost or out of bounds, the player should declare and hit a provisional ball. If the original ball is found and not out of bounds, the provisional ball must be abandoned while continuing play with the original ball.
ADDENDUM TO RULES
Preferred Lies
Ball will be played with preferred lies in the fairway and fringe areas on the hole you are playing, ball is not allowed to be moved onto the putting green. Players may mark, lift, clean and place your ball within one club length and no closer to the hole. Ball will be played as it lies everywhere else.
Penalty Areas
All natural/heather/native grasses on the course are to be played as a Red Penalty area, including the lake on holes 1 and 2, unless marked otherwise (OB/Environmental). These areas will not be marked with red but will be played as such. All other Penalty Areas are marked with red lines or red stakes.
Environmental Areas
The natural/heather/native grasses to the left of Hole #4 is marked with Blue lines and stakes and is to be played as an environmental safe area. Players are not play from this area and will received relief of 1 club length from point of entry, no closer to the hole, without penalty.
Out of Bounds
Out of Bounds is determined by white lines and/or stakes. Areas of note; tall grass areas to the right of holes 3, 4, 5, and 6. Area left on #10 which continues on left of #15 and #18 (driving range/maintenance area). Fence line to the right of #16 and behind the green (fence line is designation of OB)
