OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to one complimentary practice round at the Algonquin Golf Course. Players are able to book their practice rounds as of June 1st, 2022, and may be played anytime from June 1st - to July 2nd, 2022. 

 

June 1st June 30th: Competitors can use their practice round at any time. 

 

July 1st - July 2nd: Complimentary practice rounds can be used after 3 pm and any rounds booked before 3 pm will receive a 50% discount on the green fee.

PLAYER MEETING
There will be a player meeting at the Algonquin Golf Course on Saturday, July 2nd at 6:00 PM.

PRACTICE FACILITIES

Practice Facilities at the club will be available to all tournament players for the duration of the Championship. Complimentary range balls will be provided to participants prior to each competitive round. 

PRIZES 
Golf NB Gift Certificates will be provided to prize winners, with the total amount depending on the size of the field.

Gross and Net Prizes will be awarded by Age Categories and Divisions.  Competitors are eligible to win only one prize (net or gross) with the prize awarded being of the highest value of those for which they may qualify. A competitor may, however, be declared the champion of more than one competition, e.g., Amateur & Senior Champion, but will receive only one prize.

 

Please Note: Golf NB protocol is to mail all prizes no later than one week after the closing of the competition. 

 

PLAYER MEALS

A meal, or food voucher, will be provided to each participant at their time of registration or following their first round.

 

 

HOST HOTEL

The Algonquin Hotel will serve as the host hotel for this event.

 

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting Golf NB at (506) 451-1324 or by email at info@golfnb.ca. Entry fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be refunded, less a $25 administrative fee, if Golf NB is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf NB and Golf Canada competitions.
