The Fenwick Smith Trophy is an 18 hole scratch medal competition, which includes a net prize.

 

 

 

This is a 18 hole scratch event which includes a net prize. (Players may only win one prize)

 

The competition is limited to players with a full active handicap index not exceeding 7.4 at time of booking.

 

If entries exceed availability, a ballot based on handicap index will take place.

 

Entrance fee of £20 must be paid at time of entry. If you have any difficulties with entry please contact the secretary by clicking on the help button on the right.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Players must have been born in Northumberland or be a member of an affiliated Northumberland Club and have not played in a Championship of another County the same year and be an affiliated member of a golf club. 

DRESS: Competitors wearing Jeans, Tee Shirts, or Non-Golf Shoes will not be allowed to play and the dress rules of the Host Club will apply.

BUGGIES: No sit on buggies permitted unless over 80 years of age or with a medical certificate showing an inability to walk 36 holes and buggies must be permitted by the Host Club.
ENTRIES: Entries close on Saturday24 July 2022. Late entries will go onto the reserve list.

No ENTRY FEE will be refunded once the closing date is passed. Tied results: Any ties will be decided under Rule (4d) in the handbook

The NUGC reserves the right to restrict the number of entries, refuse any entry and shall also determine the starting times.
