Format of Play:
36-Hole Stroke Play.
- Lowest 36 hole score within each age group is the Age Group winner.
- Lowest 36 hole score between Boys 14-15 & Boys 16-19 age groups combined is the Boys Overall Winner.
- Lowest 36 hole score between all Girls age groups is the Girls Overall Winner.
- The Overall winner cannot also win a prize for winning their Age Group.
- In this case, the 2nd place finisher in the age group wins the Age Group prize, 3rd place becomes 2nd place, and so on.
- The Overall winner cannot also win a prize for winning their Age Group.
Ties:
- Sudden death playoff for 1st place overall, immediately after the conclusion of play.
- Sudden death playoff for 1st place in each age group, immediately after the conclusion of play.
- Scorecard playoff using USGA suggested procedure for other prizes (sum of last nine holes, last six, last three, backward hole by hole starting on the last hole, and finally a coin flip).
- If tied players finished their rounds on different holes [for example one player finishing on 9 and the other on 18], a coin flip will be used to determine which holes to use.
- All ties stand in final results publications except for A and B above.
- If multiple ties exist amongst the same players in A and B above, playoffs take place at the same time.
Age Groups:
- Girls 13 & Under
- Boys 13 & Under
- Girls 14-15
- Boys 14-15
- Girls 16-19
- Boys 16-19
Placement in age groups is determined by age as of December 27, 2022.
Weather-related Provision
If weather and/or darkness forces a round to be cancelled or shortened, any like holes completed by an entire age group (including the 'overall' age groups) will be deemed to a complete round.
