2018 - Women's Fourball Championship
Wanumetonomy G&CC - August 27, 2018

 

Eligibility:  Amateur golfers who are RIGA members and have a membership with a RIGA member club.
 

Looking for 72 player OR 80 players - after 72 players are reached - groups will be waitlisted until we have 4groups in total and then they will be added to the event.

Tournament Format:
August 27, 2018 - Wanumetonomy G&CC

Two-Person Sign-up.  80player maximum.
Strokes off low player

There is a max 10 stroke differential between partners
Players will play to 100% of their handicap.
 
Round Robin Format
Shotgun 8:30am

10 Divisions composed of four 2-person teams will be organized by handicap
 

3 -9hole matches & a 3-hole playoff for divisions winners to decide overall Champions

Boxed Lunch following 2nd match and hors d'oeuvres following 3rd match are included

There is no handicap maximum, however 36.0 is the highest index a player can use.  
Handicaps used will be 8/1/2018

 
Entries - Form, Fee, Closing Date:  Entrants are solely responsible for securing and returning completed entry form by the due date.  Entries must be received at the RIGA office by August 19, 2018 and be accompanied by the entry fee of $190.00 per team.
 
You may enter online using a credit card at www.rigalinks.org  up until the entry deadline.  
 
Cart and Caddie policy: Carts are required and fees are included in the entry fee.
 
Dress Code: Proper dress is required at all times.    
Spikeless shoes are mandatory.
 

Conditions/Schedules:  The RIGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein.  The decision of the RIGA in any matter shall be final

 

Important: Entries must be received by August 19, 2018. Completed entry form must be accompanied by entry fee of $190.00 (Made payable to RIGA). If you withdraw from an event after the registration deadline has closed, there will be no refunds given. You may find a substitution and work out payment between each other.  No Faxed Entries
