NSW SENIOR AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
The Championship will be conducted over three 18-hole rounds (54 Holes) of Stroke play at Forster Tuncurry GC (Tuncurry Course).
Round 1 & 2 Draw - if you play AM one day, the next day you will play PM.
Round 3 Draw (Seeded) - The draw will be done on the completion of Round 2.
*** PLEASE NOTE - There will be NO draw requests for the Round 3 Draw, as it will be SEEDED for the Championship ***

REGISTRATION
It is requested that all players register at the Golf NSW registration area at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time in the Clubhouse. Following this, report to the starter at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
CHAMPIONSHIP SHIRT
If you have ordered a Championship shirts, it will be available to pick up at Registraton on Tuesday 8 November.
DIGITAL SCORECARD
Golf NSW will be utilising digital scorecards for the Championship. If you haven’t used the Golf Genius digital scorecard before, please ensure you download the Golf Genius App and read the instructions. Links are below.
You will receive a GGID (scoring code) for each round, the day prior, which you will need to put into the Golf Genius App to complete your scorecard.
**PLEASE NOTE - Official submission and certification of your digital scorecard must be done with Golf NSW staff in the designated scoring area.
You must login to the Golf Genius App with your daily GGID.. **Please do NOT login in with your email address and password (incorrect)

LOCAL RULES
Players will be able to access the Golf NSW Hardcard and local rules online at the following link - CLICK HERE (will be available 06/11) .
PIN POSITIONS
Players will be able to access the pin sheets for the event via the following link - CLICK HERE (will be available 07/11)
MOTORISED TRANSPORT
As per the conditions of entry, players may only use a motorised cart if a medical certificate is provided. This must be submitted to Golf NSW prior to the tournament. Bookings will be organised and allocated by GOlf NSW with Forster Tuncurry GC and there will be a number of players required to share with another player in their group. (Payment of golf carts to be done with Proshop directly)
PACE OF PLAY
Pace of play guidelines will apply to the Championship. Guidelines will be strictly enforced, and penalties may apply for breaches of the guidelines.
RULES OFFICIALS
There will be two (2) roving rules officials on course each day. Please utilise them if you need to.

Practice rounds will be available at limited times leading up to the Championship and must be booked with the respective Pro Shops:

Tuncurry Course - Practice fairway and Chipping Green at Tuncurry. During the tournament - Bucket of balls -$5
Tony Wilson’s Driving Range - 45 Chapman Rd, Tuncurry inside Tuncurry racecourse (5mins from Tuncurry course). Open 9:30 – 4:30 daily. Phone 0417 456 938
Practice nets – There are 2 @ Tuncurry Course
Golf Events at Forster Tuncurry GC - Bookings are essential and can be made via the Proshop. Competition rounds cannot be booked prior to 6 days in advance of your actual competition date. Social round bookings can be made at any time. Social Play cost $26 or $15 for 9 holes. (see below)

Other Food options away from the course
Buko’s Bistro Restaurant (specialising in Seafood and Thai) at Forster Clubhouse will open 11am-2pm for lunch and 5.30-8.30pm for dinner each day. Bookings advisable 02 65546799
Beach Bums Café at main Forster beach kiosk and Plunge Café, Boundary St Forster are open each morning for coffee and breakfast
TRANSPORT - The Club has a Courtesy Bus which operates from 4.30pm each day to the Forster Clubhouse only. Bookings essential on 02 65546799
PULL BUGGIES
Both golf clubs have a very small number of pull buggies available. If you wish to use a pull buggy, we suggest you bring your own.
WITHDRAWAL
If you are unable to participate, please notify Golf NSW immediately by emailing emmanuel.aravanis@golfnsw.org.au.
On presentation of a medical certificate, a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee.
PRESENTATION
There will be a presentation for all prizes in the Championship following play on Thursday 10th November @ Forster at Forster Tuncurry GC following the completion of the Final Round.
