2022 WOMEN’S CORONATION MEDAL

Concord Golf Club and Lakeside Golf Club - Camden

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FORMAT

18-holes stroke handicap, with the aggregate of the Club’s four players being used to determine the Club’s score.

 

Ties: In the event of a tie in the Coronation Medal, such clubs will be declared joint winners. Ties for all other events are to be determined by countback using individual or all players’ aggregate scores, as appropriate.

 

Registration

Registration must be done prior to play with Golf NSW (an administration area will be set up in the clubhouse). Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to register. 

 

Score card return and scoring

On completion of your round, please return your scorecard to the designated administration area in the clubhouse.  Scores will be posted in the Clubhouse.

NOTE: Handicaps will not be printed on the players’ scorecards, each player will need to know their GA Handicap to look up their daily handicap via the handicap look up chart at registration.

 

RULES OFFICIALS

There will be a roving rules official on course. You will be given a handout on the tee outlining a phone number you can call should you require a rules official for a ruling.
 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Food and drinks will be available for purchase, before and after your round at each club.

 

Concord Golf Club

Before Golf – Halfway cafe will be open from 6:30am.  Tea, coffee, muffins, sandwiches, wraps, salads & soups will be available to purchase.

After Golf – Lunch - the halfway cafe will be open all day, and there will also be a limited member's bar menu available for players to purchase following the round.

 

Lakeside Golf Club - Camden

Before Golf – Full bistro breakfast and tea/coffee open from 7am.

After Golf – The full bistro menu will be available for players to purchase from following the round.

 

PRESENTATION

Trophy Presentation will be held at conclusion of play at Lakeside Golf Club - Camden. If you are able to remain for this, please do so.

 

Dress Regulations

All entrants must comply with the host Club and Golf NSW Standard Dress Regulations. Failure to do so will result in the player not being permitted to commence their round.

 

Withdrawal

MOTORISED CARTS

Now that entries have closed, all other entrants are welcome to book any remaining carts through the pro shop. Golf NSW takes no responsibility for the availability of golf carts and all bookings must be made through the pro shop.

 

CADDIES

Caddies are permitted.

 

Prizes

The Coronation Medal will be won by the best aggregate nett score of four (4) players within the prescribed handicap limits entering from the same club.  Players may receive one individual prize only, in addition to the Coronation Medal.

 

Prizes will be awarded to the following:

Coronation Medal - Winner and Runner up teams.

18-hole Scratch and Nett singles events in conjunction at both courses.
