Registration

Registration must be done on each day prior to commencing play.

Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to register and collect your scorecard

 

Collection of Shirts

If you purchased a Player Shirt, please collect on the first day of play from the registration desk.

 

Scorecard return and scoring

On completion of your round, ensure you return your scorecard to the designated ‘scorecard return area’.

Live scoring will be displayed in the clubhouse, as well as being available online at www.golfnsw.org.au

Practice and Other Arrangements

Competitors will need to book their practice round with Dunedoo Golf Club and Coolah Golf Club.

Competition - There will also be a 9 Hole Chook Run at Dunedoo Golf Club starting at 1pm

if anyone interested, you can turn up to the golf club on the day for a game.

Campers can arrange for cart charging at a number of locations around the show grounds and potentially at the club.

 

 

Withdrawal

If you are unable to participate, please notify us immediately. On presentation of a medical certificate a full refund will be issued.

 

Dress Regulations

All entrants must comply with the Golf NSW Dress Regulations. Jeans will not be permitted.

 

Distance Measuring Devices

Distance measuring devices may be used.

 

Motorised Transport

Entrants are welcome to book carts through the pro shop.

Golf NSW takes no responsibility for the availability of golf carts and all bookings must be made through the pro shop.

 

Player Responsibilities

All players must adhere to commonly accepted standards of golfing etiquette and sportsmanship.

Care of the course is an important aspect of etiquette and particular attention should be paid to the following:

Repair divots, carry and use a sand bucket

A breach may lead to disqualification and/or to disciplinary proceedings under the Golf NSW Code of Conduct. A player is responsible for the actions of their caddy.

 

Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct

The Golf NSW Standard Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct will apply in accordance with the

Championship Entry Conditions.  A copy of the Standard Conditions and Code of Conduct

is available from the Golf NSW website at www.golfnsw.org.
