Host Facility: The Club at Ravenna
Dates: Monday, June 18 - Friday, June 22, 2018
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.
Format: 18 holes of stroke play qualifying on Monday. The top 63 players will be seeded according to stroke play results with the defending champion as the #1 seed.
Monday (6/18): 84 competitors in stroke play qualifying. 7:00 a.m. off hole #1 only in groups of three.
Tuesday (6/29): Round of 64 beginning at 7:00 a.m. in groups of two.
Wednesday (6/20): Round of 32 beginning at 7:00 a.m. and Round of 16 beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Thursday (6/21): Quarterfinals beginning at 7:00 a.m. and Semi-finals beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Friday (6/22): 36-hole championship match beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Carts: Carts are included in the entry fee for all rounds of the championship. During stroke play qualifying on Monday, players may choose to walk the golf course and may carry, use a push cart, or have a caddie during stroke play qualifying.
During the match play portion of the championship, players are REQUIRED to use a cart. Players may also have a caddie during the match play portion of the championship. For all rounds of the championship, there will only be two (2) carts per group regardless of if player's in the group have a caddie or spectator.
Driving Range Information: The driving range will be made available at 6:00 a.m. each morning at no additional charge to the player.
Chipping Green: Due to course construction, the chipping green will not be available. The driving range and putting green will be made available.
Player Food: Breakfast burritos will be served a la carte each day starting at 6:30 a.m. The normal breakfast menu available at 7:00 a.m. Tuesday - Friday. For Monday only, lunch will be complimentary for all competitors. For Tuesday - Friday, the club's grille will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the responsibility of the player. UPDATED: Please use credit card payment for all food purchases - No cash.
Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use distance measuring devices provided they measure distance only.

Practice Round Information: Due to the severity and distance required to walk the golf course, it is mandatory that all practice round participants must take a golf cart.
*Please note that there will be absolutely no access to the golf course, driving range, or any practice facilities on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 15 - June 17) prior to the Championship.
Each player may reserve one (1) practice round, players only. Tee times can be reserved three (3) days prior. For Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday practice rounds:

Call on Sunday for Wednesday
Call on Tuesday for Thursday
For Tuesday - Thursday, the practice round fee for participants will be $42.50 and cart fee will be $22.00.
For Friday - Saturday - Sunday practice rounds:
Call on Tuesday for Friday
Call on Wednesday for Saturday
Call on Thursday for Sunday
For Friday - Sunday, the practice round fee will be $85.00 and cart fee will be $22.00.

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members
Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT. Thursday, May 24, 2018
Entry Fee: $220 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $90 per player with an additional $130 for successful qualifiers.
