AMWAY NUTRILITE GOLF TOUR - CONDITIONS OF COMPETITIONS
- Each event of the tour will be a 18/36 hole with predefined scoring format.
- The Event will be held in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and the Local Rules approved by the Tournament Committee.
- The Local Rules will be published and posted on the tournament notice board at the venue or will be given out at the tee box on the first hole of an event.
- Entry Fee: Rs. 3000/- per participant (with GST 3,540/-). Caddie fee is not included in the entry fee.
- There may be a 36 hole tournament later on which we will announce during the tour for which a separate entry fee may be charged.
- Format: Individual gross stableford off scratch. Points will be allotted as follows:
Double Bogey - 0 points Birdie - 3 points
Bogey - 1 point Eagle - 4 points
Par - 2 points Albatross - 5 points
- The winner will be the individual with the highest number of stableford points. Please pick up your golf ball and proceed to next tee in case you are making a score of double bogey or worse on any hole. Write ‘X’ on that hole on scorecard.
- There will be a shotgun start from the respective tees.

- Matching scorecards over the last 9,6,3,2,1 holes (Note: If it is still a tie, the winner will be determined by drawing of lots.
RESULTS OF COMPETITION
- The competition is final when the trophy has been presented to the winner or, in the absence of an awards ceremony, when all scores have been approved by the Committee. The result of a match is final when the Committee has approved the result as posted on the public scoreboard.
- UPDATE ON COVID 19: Please check prior to attending an event with the individual host, if spectators are allowed.
- Each Event has an individual Hygiene Protocol, which needs to be followed at any time.
- All decisions of the Tournament committee are final and binding on all participants.
CADDIES:
The committee shall announce whether caddies are allowed or not in competitions. Players are not allowed to get their own caddies from outside. The Club Caddie fee applicable will need to be paid directly to the host club of each event.
- Caddie Fee: Caddie fee to be borne by the participants as per the host club rates.
- Driving Range: Charges to be borne by the participants. Prices may differ at different locations.
- Exception: a player may ride in designated shuttles and may accept transportation from a Rules Official.
- Prior written approval must be obtained from Tournament committee for use of a golf cart for medical reasons.
SCHEDULE -
Registration –
- To be done on the tournament website. A confirmation email will be sent immediately.
- Payment to be done on the website portal.
- Registrations will be open 3/4 weeks prior to the tournament.
Draw Sheet -
- Tee times for the round will be available on the respective tournament website and would also be sent via email one day before the event.
- Requests for specific tee times and/or pairings will not be accepted.
LOCAL RULES -
OUT OF BOUNDS
a) Out of bounds is defined by the line between the course-side points, at ground level, of white stakes and/or fence posts. When defined by a white line, the line itself is out of bounds.
b) The course-side edge of a paved road or curb defines out of bounds. A ball coming to rest on or beyond the road or curb is out of bounds.
PENALTY AREAS
When a penalty area is defined on only one side, it extends to infinity. When a penalty area is connected to the out-of-bounds edge, the penalty area extends to and coincides with out of bounds.
GROUND UNDER REPAIR
Defined by white lines. Ground under repair may include areas of unusual damage, including areas where spectators or other traffic has combined with wet conditions to affect materially the ground surface, but only when so declared by an authorized member of the Committee.
INTEGRAL OBJECTS
Include cables, rods, wires and wrappings when closely attached to trees, and artificial walls and pilings when located in penalty areas and bunkers.
LIST OF CONFORMING DRIVER HEADS
Any driver the player uses to make a stroke must have a clubhead, identified by model and loft, which is on the current List of Conforming Driver Heads issued by the USGA. Penalty for making a stroke with a driver in breach of this rule is disqualification.
LIST OF CONFORMING GOLF BALLS
Any ball used in making a stroke must be on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by the USGA. Penalty for breach of this condition is disqualification.
