2018 CGA Super-Senior Match Championship - Black Bear Golf Club
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members at least age 62 years old on or before the start of the championship. Please see the CGA tournament policies for more information. 

 

Host Facility: Black Bear Golf Club

 

Dates: Monday, May 21 - Thursday, May 24, 2017

 

Registration Deadline: 11:59 p.m. MT. May 11, 2018

 

Entry Fee: $150.00 per person

 

Format: Match play bracket at scratch, a bracket of 32 players. The field will be filled by first come, first served. When the field is full, a wait list will be built. The defending champion will be the #1 seed. The rest of the field will be seeded based on their 2017 CGA Super-Senior Player of the Year points and any applicable 2018 CGA Super-Senior Player of the Year Points. Players without CGA Super-Senior Player of the Year points will be seeded based on their GHIN index at the time of the registration deadline. 

 

Starting Times:
Monday (5/21): Round of 32 beginning at 7:30 a.m. 
Tuesday (5/22): Round of 16 beginning at 7:30 a.m. 
Wednesday (5/23): Round of 8 beginning at 7:30 a.m. Semi-finals beginning at 12:00 p.m. 
Thursday (5/24): Championship Match beginning at 7:30 a.m.

 

Carts: Cart fees are included in the players' entry fee for the duration of the championship.

 

Yardages: Approximately from the BLUE tee markers

 

Driving Range: Driving range balls are included in each players entry fee for the duration of the championship.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Must measure distance only.

 

Practice Round Information: TBD

 

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase at the option of the player.
