Only players that are registered for the USGA Amateur Championship qualifier may also use this site as a CGA Amateur Qualifier. You may not play in this event as a CGA Amateur Qualifier only.

Registration Deadline: 5:00 p.m. EDT June 27, 2018. Players must register through the USGA website linked above.
Handicap Index Limit: 2.4
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players.
Format: 36 holes of stroke play
Qualifying Positions: 3
Alternate Positions: 2
Starting Times: Round 1 will begin at 7:00 a.m. from holes #1 and #10. Round 2 will begin at approximately 12:00 p.m. from holes #1 and #10.
Walking Only Event: All stages of a United States Amateur Championship are walking only. Caddies are allowed in all stages of qualifying and may not take carts. Pull carts are not permitted by the host club in this qualifier.
Caddies: Columbine CC has an on-site caddie program. To reserve a caddie for the day, please email Steve Dillon -caddiemaster@columbinecc.com.
Driving Range: The driving range will be available beginning at 6:00 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.
Distance Measuring Devices: Must measure distance only.
Practice Rounds: Practice rounds are available on July 15, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores to GHIN.
Successful Qualifiers: CGA Members that successfully qualify will be exempt into the 2018 CGA Amateur Championship.
Footwear: It is a condition at all qualifying sites unless otherwise indicated by an asterisk on this entry application that shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition, i.e., ceramic, plastic, etc.) or spikes, regardless of design, comprised either entirely or partially of metal (if such metal may come in contact with the course) are prohibited during the stipulated round. Penalty for breach of this condition: Disqualification.
Official in Charge: An official in charge cannot set-up a golf course or officiate Rules if that person is also a participant at the qualifying site.
