*This event serves as a concurrent qualifier for the CGA Amateur Championship. The qualifier is first and foremost a USGA Amateur championship qualifier. Only players that are registered for the USGA Amateur Championship qualifier may also use this site as a CGA Amateur Qualifier. You may not play in this event as a CGA Amateur Qualifier only.

Registration Deadline: 5:00 p.m. EDT June 27, 2018. Players must register through the USGA, linked above.
Handicap Index Limit: 2.4
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players.
Format: 36 holes of stroke play.
Qualifying Positions: 3
Alternate Positions: 2
Starting Times: Round 1 will begin at 7:00 a.m. from holes #1 and #10. Round 2 will begin at approximately 12:00 p.m. from holes #1 and #10.
Walking Only Event: All stages of a United States Amateur Championship are walking only. A player may use a caddie (must walk), carry their own bag, or use a pull cart.
Pull Carts: Fort Collins Country Club has a limited amount of pull carts on site and will be allotted on a first come first served basis for $10. Players may call the pro shop prior to the qualifier and reserve a pull cart. Players may also bring their own pull cart.
Driving Range: The driving range will be available beginning at 6:15 a.m. at no additional charge to the player.
Distance Measuring Devices: Must measure distance only.
Practice Round Information: Call the pro shop to arrange a practice round. $35.00 per round, $20.00 cart fee, $9.00 range fee. Tee times may be made three days in advance.

Player Food: Breakfast burritos will be available for purchase at 6:30 a.m. Grab and go lunch will be available for cash or credit at the turn window between rounds.
Score Posting: The CGA will post tournament scores to GHIN.
Successful Qualifiers: CGA Members who successfully qualify will be exempt into the 2018 CGA Amateur Championship.
Footwear: It is a condition at all qualifying sites unless otherwise indicated by an asterisk on this entry application that shoes with traditionally-designed spikes (regardless of composition, i.e., ceramic, plastic, etc.) or spikes, regardless of design, comprised either entirely or partially of metal (if such metal may come in contact with the course) are prohibited during the stipulated round. Official in Charge: An official in charge cannot set-up a golf course or officiate Rules if that person is also a participant at the qualifying site.
