Event Format
- Pee Wee Girls: Play 9 holes of Stroke Play on August 1st & 2nd.
- Pee Wee Boys: Play 9 holes of Stroke Play on August 1st & 2nd.
- Jr. Girls: 36 holes stroke play (18 holes of stroke play on August 1st and August 2nd) also an optional practice round on July 31st .)
- Sub Jr Girls: 9 holes of stroke play all 3 days ( total of 27 holes)
- Jr. Boys: Match Play all 3 days. (2 matches on Day 1&2)
- Sub Jr. Boys: Match Play all 3 days

Caddies
- Juniors/Sub-Juniors - Caddies are allowed but must be under the age of 18
- Pee Wees- Anyone (including family) may caddy

Pairings
- Tee times will be provided approximately one week before the event
- Pairings will be determined as follows:
- Junior and Sub-Jr. Boys: Pairings will be based on seeding for each player
- Junior and Sub-Jr. Girls: Pairings will be based on age division
- Pee Wees: Pairings will be separated by gender (unless special requests are made)
- Tee times will begin at 7:30am each day

Range
The range will be open to all players beginning at 6:30am and is included in the entry fee.

Food Services
Lunch is included in the entry fee for all players each day. Please only one lunch per player per day.

Parents
Parents of the Jr./Sub Jr. Girls and Boys Must Follow the RDGA Junior Tourament Spectator Rules at all Times.
- Parents are more than welcome to be a spectator, but are not allowed to give advice during the round.
- Cheering is allowed but NO coaching or giving advice is allowed by spectators.
- Stay at least 30 yards away from all players and stay in the rough.
- Spectators must walk unless a valid medical reason is provided.

Refund Policy
Refunds of tournament entry fees will be made in accordance with the following rules:
- If the player withdraws BEFORE the registration deadline, he/she will be granted a refund of the full entry, minus the $5.00 credit card processing fee. (The refund will be credited back to the players card).
- If the player withdraws from a tournament AFTER the registration closes, no refund will be granted.

RDGA Code of Conduct
The RDGA and its member clubs believe that participation in RDGA amateur events is a privilege that includes responsibilities.
Contestants must be amateurs and members in good standing at an RDGA club. They must adhere to all RDGA tournament requirements including Handicap Index, age, gender (for selected events), appropriate golf attire, mandatory use of riding carts at selected events, and local host club rules that apply to players during a competition.
USGA Rules will govern all play in RDGA events including Local Rules noted on the Notice to Players at each competition. All players should familiarize themselves with Section I. Etiquette: Behavior on the Course in the current Rules of Golf book.
