Sterling Grove Women's League Local Rules

 

• 10 stroke max per hole
• If a ball is hit out of bounds you have two options:
  • Play the ball from the original spot. 1 stroke penalty
  • Take where the ball crossed out of bounds, go on a direct line from there to the fairway and drop within 2 club lengths inside of the fairway. 2 stroke penalty.
• If your ball is in direct line of a sprinkler head that is within 2 club lengths of the green, you make take free relief from those sprinkler heads.  You must be putting the ball, you do not get relief if you are chipping.  
  • ​​​​​​​Move the ball from the path of the spinkler head within 1 club length and drop.  No penalty
