FORMAT

36-hole stroke play championship open to boys and girls. The event is played in 18-hole stipulated rounds over two consecutive days. The event is a Gross Championship.

 

STARTING TIMES AND DRAW INFORMATION      

Starting times for the first round will be made available on the Golf NB website 2 to 3 days prior to the event as well as being e-mailed to each participant. Final Round starting times will be e-mailed to competitors, posted on the Golf NB website, and posted on the Tournament Information Page once they are prepared. 

In general, players can anticipate the following as it pertains to the establishment of pairings and tee times for the event.

Round 1:

• First-round pairings will be available 2-3 days prior to the first round of competition. 
• Tee times will begin between 7:30 am & 8:00 am with players being paired in groups of three.
• Groups will tee off in ten (10) minute intervals.
• Round 1 tee-times will be made based on handicaps from low to high. 
• Tee-times may be influenced based on competitors' previous placing in provincial / state events.
• The defending champion will tee-off first if entered.
• Round 1 tee times will be e-mailed to competitors, posted on the Golf NB website, and posted on the Tournament Information Page once they are prepared.

 

Round 2:

• Tee times will begin between 7:30 am & 8:00 am with players being paired in groups of three.

• Groups will tee off in ten (10) minute intervals.
• Round 2 tee-times will be established by score with the high scores teeing off first.
• Round 2 tee time will be e-mailed to competitors, posted on the Golf NB website, and posted on the Tournament Information Page once they are prepared. 

ORDER OF PLAY 
The final order of play for the NB East Coast Junior Championship will be determined by the Tournament Committee.
