Eligibility:  Open to all Current Members

 

Entry Deadline: September 14, 2021 11:59 P.M.

 

Entry Fee:  $140.00 per team

 

Brief Description of Tournament/Format: Aggregate Two Person Stableford

 

  • Team stroke play event
  • Open to two players from the same member club who will play as a team.
  • Aggregate format combining net and gross stableford scores.
  • The gross stableford score of the gross player will be added to the net stableford score of the net player for the aggregate team score.
  • The names of the winning team members shall be added to the Medallion Plaque.
  • The selection criteria for the club’s gross and net players is at the discretion of each club.
  • No limit to the number of teams from a member club.   
  • Register as a team to be paired with another team by committee.

Caddies/Transportation: Carts are included in the entry fee and are mandatory for all players unless using a caddie from Hartford Golf Club.  Players may not bring their own caddies.  Caddies must be reserved by calling Hartford Golf Club at least 24 hours in advance.  Caddie fee is $65 plus tip.

 

Withdrawal/Refund Policy

 

  • If it is necessary to cancel, please contact the Tournament Coordinator below.
  • Withdrawals made prior to the closing date are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
  • Withdrawals after the closing date will result in forfeiture of all entry fees.
