Event Description: This is a 3 day event (March 25-27). This year, there will be 2 divisions: Member-Guest and Member-Member so bring a guest or sign up with another member. 8 stroke differential. Scoring is Stableford/Quota (see more detailed explanation below).

 

Registration: If signing up with a guest, you will need your guest's GHIN number. If you cancel within 7 days of the event, you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee.

 

Entry Fee:

• Member/Guest Team - $600.
• Member/Member Team  - $450.
• Includes Golf, Food and Prize Fund.

 

Format (same as always):

• Shamble.
• Both players hit drives - minimum of 6 drives required.
• Select the best drive and both players play their own ball from there.
• Both balls count.
• Stableford - Quota - Gross, Not Net.
• Your daily score is your Stableford points for the day minus your Quota points for the day.
• Your quota will be adjusted after day 1 and day 2 based 1/2 the difference between your Stableford Quota and your Stableford Actual.
• Your day 1 quota is: 72 - (Team Handicap * 85%).

 

Schedule: 

• Thursday 3/25: Shtogun start @ 1:30. Heavy Apps at 5:30 with Cash Bar.
• Friday 3/26: Shotgun start @ 1:30. No after golf plans.
• Saturday 3/27: Tee times starting at 10:00. Awards and dinner at 6:00. Spouses are invited to attend dinner for additional $57. 

 

Tees: Everyone will play the tournament tees - distance will be equivalent to Gold/Blue Combo.

 

Handicaps:

• Maximum differential of 8 strokes. If differential is greater than 8 strokes, the the player with the higher handicap will lowered to 8 strokes above the lower handicap.
• 85% handicaps used.

 

Payouts:

• TBD based on number of teams signing up.

  • Member/Member Division
  • Member/Guest Division
• Possibly flighted within division based on number of entries.
