Welcome to the Ladies Club Championship 2021
Event Description:
Two consecutive days, 36-hole stroke play tournament (18 holes each day). Open to any member who wishes to play in the Club Championship. Based on number of participants, players will be flighted by handicap into 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. flights. Net scores will be used to determine flight winners.
- Ladies Club Champion
- The overall low Gross Score over the combined 2-day scores, regardless of flight, will be the Ladies Club Champion.
- Ladies President’s Cup Champion
- The overall low Net Score over the combined 2-day scores, regardless of flight, will be crowned the Ladies President’s Cup Champion.
- Ladies Senior Club Champion
- The player over the age of 60 having the lowest Gross Score over the combined 2-day scores, will become the Ladies Senior Club Champion.
Entrants must sign up at least 7 days in advance.
Entry Fee: $40.00
This price is just the prize fund for the tournament.
Format:
36-Hole stroke play (18 holes each day). All putts must be holed. Rule 3-2. The field will be flighted. The number of flights will be determined by the number of players. Players will be placed in tee times by handicaps. On day two, player’s tee times will be based on results after the first day of play.

The current period course handicaps will be used.
Prizes:
Low Gross of the field will be crowned the Ladies Club Champion.
Low Net of the field will be crowned Ladies President’s Cup Champion.
Low Gross of the field (after Ladies Club Champion), will be crowned Ladies Senior Club Champion (60+).
Based on number of participants, there will be flight winners.
In addition to the titles above, Pro Shop gift certificates will be awarded based on # of entries. Players are eligible to win one trophy. For example, if the Ladies Club Champion is also the Net Winner (President’s Cup), the President’s Cup will go to the next lowest net score player.
Ties: If there is a tie to determine the Club Champion (Gross) or Senior Club Champion (Gross) at the end of the second round, then a 3-hole playoff will commence starting on the Hole #1 (3 hole aggregate total). If at the end of 3 holes a champion has not been determined, it will become a sudden death playoff with competitors continuing on the course until a champion is determined.
If there is a tie to determine the President’s Cup Champion (Net), the winner will be determined by the recommended USGA Score Card playoff.
Scorecard:
Competitors must exchange their official scorecard with the other players in their foursome prior to the start of the round. Prior to scorecards being turned in they are to be checked for hole-by-hole accuracy, signed by the scorer and attested to by players. Scorecards without signatures will not be accepted, Rule 6-6. Scorecards with totals must be turned into the Pro Shop. Golf Genius will be used for online scoring.
The scores for the Club Championship will be posted as Tournament Scores.
Rules of Play:
- USGA Rules of Golf and Decisions Book will govern.
- The local rule will NOT be in effect for this tournament.
- If there is a question regarding a ruling, play two balls and the committee will review the action and make a ruling at the end of the round.
- The Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify, alter or adjust any aspect of this event to ensure it is fair and just.
