The Wentworth Golf Club Orange has been known as the friendly club since its inception in 1965 when the locals began to turn a paddock into a golf course by removing trees, blasting out stumps and carrying buckets to pick up rocks from the fairway and turn the area into an eighteen hole grass green golf course with twenty two sand bunkers, three dams, new trees and a small pine forest.

Manildra Golf Club is a 9-hole coarse black soil greens course with all 9 holes using the same teeing areas for both front and back nines for 18 holes. The course has medium-sized trees interspersed with sparse wide dry fairways.
Manildra is a small town located on the banks of Mandagery Creek, and halfway between Orange and Parkes. It is home to the largest flour mill in the Southern Hemisphere, the Manlidra Flower Mill. The family-owned mill is still growing. Manildra is also the location of the National Bread Show. It is also home to the oldest continuously operating picture theatre in Australia, The Amusu.
Molong Golf Club is am 18-hole small black soil greens course, with a short medium-sized tree-lined layout. The course is located 2km east of the Mitchell Highway along Euchareena Road, crossing Molong Creek and the railway line.
Molong is just over four hours from Sydney by car. You can also catch a train or fly to Orange, a 30-minute drive away. The town is located between golden poplars and rolling green hills of the Macquarie Ranges.
Yeoval Golf Club is located in a small rural town on the cross roads of Molong, Dubbo and Wellington. The course is partly inside a showground with most holes bordering Sandy and Buckinbah Creeks. There are nine tiny black coarse sand greens with dry fairways and a few trees scattered around.
The “Greatest Little Town in the West” is famous for its association with Banjo Paterson, Australia’s most admired bush poet.
