Monday, August 7

10:45 am – 1:00 pm         Lunch Buffet

11:15 am – 1:05 pm         Practice Round, Chaperone & Alumni Golf (see schedule below)

5:00 pm                              Hors d’oeuvres and team photos

6:15 pm                              Opening Ceremony and Host Family Introduction

6:45 pm                              Formal Dinner with Guest Speaker Nathan Smith

8:00 pm                              Captain’s meeting

Tuesday, August 8

6:30 am                              Driving Range, Locker Room Opens, Breakfast

8:00 am – 9:10 am            Round 1 (morning wave off #1 and #10)

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm         Lunch Buffet

12:50 pm – 2:00 pm         Round 2 (afternoon wave off #1 and #10)

6:30 pm                              Awards Presentation and BBQ

7:45 pm                              Host family pickup for teams staying Tuesday night

Wednesday, August 9

7:30 am – 8:00 am           Host family team drop off at the clubhouse for departure

 

ASSOCIATION COST: Each Association will be invoiced for $250 for the entire event.  The cost of Williamson Cup is being taken care of by the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association, WPGA Williamson Cup Alumni and friends of the Association.

TRANSPORTATION: Players will be required to walk and carry their own bag during both the practice round and the competition rounds. 

CLUB INFORMATION: Dress code for the Opening Ceremony/Formal Dinner is coat and tie for men.

Players are not permitted in the Men’s Grill Room adjacent to the locker room.
Caps and visors are not to be worn in the clubhouse.  Club website: www.fieldclub.org

CELL PHONES: The use of cell phones at Pittsburgh Field Club is limited to the locker rooms or in an automobile. 

HOTEL: The WPGA has secured a number of rooms for chaperones at the following hotel.  Please let us know if you plan to stay at the suggested hotel, how many rooms you require and your check out date.  Rooms will be secured by the WPGA, chaperones will pay the appropriate charges upon check-in.

SPECTATORS: Spectators are permitted.  The use of spectator carts is not permitted.  Spectators will not be permitted to dine at the club, and should plan accordingly.
