Event Overview 

 

Entries Open:  March 1, 2021

 

Registration Fee: $220 per amateur and $270 per professional (includes cart/range fee)

 

Format: 18-hole individual gross stroke play

 

Eligibility: Open to any male amateur 50 years of age and older who are members of a PAGA Member Club or an Individual Member of the PAGA and professionals 50 years of age and older residing in Pennsylvania. Amateurs need to have a USGA Handicap Index of 7.4 or lower. Residency NOT a requirement for professionals who are employed at a PAGA Member Club. The head golf professional of the host facility, if eligible, will be awarded an exemption into the field.

 

Field: Limited to 156 entries at this qualifying site, accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Cart/Caddie: Automotive transportation is required for this event, the fee of $35 per person per day is included with your entry fee and includes range balls.

 

Food & Beverage: F&B purchases will be available at the halfway house.  Cash, Credit Card or Reciprocal charges may used for payment.

 

Practice Rounds: Will be available on weekdays after 1 p.m.  Please call no more than five days in advance to make a tee time at 412-741-2582.  Payment may be made via Cash, Credit Card or Reciprocal Charge, if available.

Practice Round Fee: $50

Cart Fee: $25 (required)

 

Pairings: Play will be in threesomes at 10-minute intervals. 

 

Start Times: The PAGA staff, following as closely as practical the preferences indicated on the entry form will determine pairings and tee times. If size of field warrants, 1st & 10th tee, AM & PM Starting.

 

Ties: The low 9 players and ties will gain entrance into the Championship. There will be no playoff for qualifying positions or alternates.
