Playoffs

In the event of a tie for first place after all tournament rounds are completed, the tied competitors will proceed to a sudden death playoff where the competitor with the lowest score of the first playoff hole will be deemed the champion of his/her flight.   Should two or more players tie the first playoff hole, the sudden death will continue until a winner is crowned.   The holes to be used for the sudden death playoff will be at the committee's discretion and may or may not be in consecutive order as the course is designed.

Should weather or other elements prevent the completion of the competition,  the leader from the completed rounds will be crowned the champion.   Should 18 holes be completed and a tie exists and weather or other elements make  a sudden death impossible, a scorecard playoff will take place using the USGA rules of breaking a tie called 'matching scorecards, where strength of finish is rewarded.

The winner will be chosen on the basis of the best score for the last nine holes.  If the tying players have the same score for the last nine, determine the winner on the basis of the last six holes, last three holes and finally the 18th hole.  If the  competitors  don't start on the same hole, the "last nine holes, last six holes, etc." is considered to be holes 10-18, 13-18, etc.

Scorecard playoffs are used to break ties for all places paid out except for first place.
