FORMAT: Team of 4 players will compete in 18-hole stroke play. One score will count on a par 5, 2 scores will count on a par 4 and 3 scores will count on a par 3. Your handicap index is higher than 40.4 you will only receive a maximum of 40.4.  Sign up as a team of 4.

Entry Fee: $60 per person/ $240 per team
