Monday, June 20 – 18 hole event
Groupings & Starting Times
Shotgun starts begin at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. EDT. Groupings and Starting tees are online.
Practice Round
There is not an official practice round for this event. If a player would like to play the course in advance, they can contact the Golf Shop and arrange a time.

Registration
Please check in at the registration table upon arrival. Notice to Players, Hole Location sheets, and scorecards will be provided and located in your golf carts. Any special instructions will be announced prior to the shotgun start.
Skins Game
There is an optional Skins Game for professionals. The cost of the Skins Game is $20 and all players from both waves will compete in the overall game. Senior professionals playing from the designated senior tees will compete in a separate contest.
Food & Beverage / Player’s Gift
The luncheon provided as an original event amenity was covered by the cost of entry fees. The patio will be open for those players wishing to purchase food and beverage items before or after play.
General Information:
The Rules of the United States Golf Association govern play. This information sheet, the USGA Rules hard card and any site-specific Local Rules and Conditions of Competition sheets are supplements to the Rules of Golf. Local Rules of the host course do not apply. The KPGA Tournament Committee, who are charged with conducting event, shall settle all questions. Reference to the Rules and Appendix I may be found in the 2016-19 Rules of Golf Book. Unless otherwise noted the penalty for breach of a Local Rule or Condition is: 2 Strokes.
Distance-Measuring Devices:
Distance Measuring Devices are allowed for this event.
Pace of Play Guidelines and Procedures:
An appropriate pace of play is important for the enjoyment of the event for everyone. A time par will be established for the event. Groups are expected to play within that time par. More importantly, each group is expected to
Player/Caddie Carts:
Golf carts are included in the entry, a maximum of two carts per group is allowed. If a player chooses to walk, pull/push carts are allowed.
Spectator Carts
Spectator carts are allowed if additional carts are available.
Caddies:
Caddies are permitted for this event.
Practice Range:
The practice range opens one hour before the first starting time weather permitting. Range balls will be set up at the practice range and are complimentary for competitors.
Withdrawals:
If you need to withdraw any time after 5:00 on June 25th, please call (502) 649-7980 and leave a message on the voicemail.
Attire & Conduct:
Proper golf attire is required. Blue jeans, designer jeans, tee shirts, and tank tops are prohibited. Amateur players may wear shorts and must be at least mid-thigh. Golf shirts with a traditional or mock collar are required. The host club is a “spikeless facility.”
Close of Competition:
The competition shall be deemed to have closed when all scores have been returned and the committee has approved the results.
