Located in eastern Long Island in Mt. FORMAT

 

18-hole stroke play championship.  All entries are on a first come, first served basis

 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS 

Check-in Begins: 7:30 a.m. 

Shotgun Begins: 8:30 a.m.(or a little later if there is a frost delay)  

Awards Ceremonies Begin:  1:30 p.m. 

 

ENTRY FEE & PAYMENT OPTION

 

Entry fee of $145 includes breakfast, green fees, cart fees, range balls and use of practice facility, player prize fund, trophy to the winner of each flight, and scoring.  Online registration via credit card is the preferred payment method.  Please contact the tournament director if you need to make alternative payment arrangements.  

 

ENTRY DEADLINE

 

Monday, October 28th at 12:00 p.m.(noon)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

A $25 fee will be applied to cancellations which occur after 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, October 30th.  Players will not be refunded for noshows or same day cancellations.
