LOCAL RULES
U.S.G.A. RULES OF GOLF APPLY
- Play will be from the White Tees.
- "SUMMER RULES" ARE IN EFFECT!
- PLEASE KEEP THE PACE OF PLAY MOVING. If your group is deemed out of position, you will be given a warning. If you fail to improve your position and time you will be penalized one shot. A second violation will result in a two shot penalty and a third violation will result in disqualification.
- DO NOT LOOK FOR LOST BALLS FOR MORE THAN THREE MINUTES.
- OUT OF BOUNDS: DEFINED BY INSIDE LINE OF WHITE STAKES AROUND THE COURSE (Holes #1, 2, 10, 11, 16).
- PENALY AREAS marked by RED LINES. (Holes #3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,15 , 14, 17 & 18.) OUR NATIVE GRASS IS PLAYED AS A PENALTY AREA.
- GROUND UNDER REPAIR defined by white lines. LIFT, CLEAN, AND PLACE within one club length of original position, no closer to the hole. For all other GUR, drop regularly.
- TREE ROOTS: If an exposed tree root(s) interferes with the lie of the ball or the area of intended swing, and the ball lies on a closely mowed area (fairway), relief without penalty may be taken.
- OBSTRUCTIONS: All roads, no matter the surface, are considered obstructions. Drop the ball without penalty at the nearest point of relief.
- The EMBEDDED BALL RULE is in effect ‘through the green’.
- YARDAGE MARKERS are measured to the middle of the green, RED markers denote 100 yards. White Stakes denote 150 yards. BLUE markers denote 200 yards.
- Please return scorecards immediately following play to the scoreboard area with the ALL player’s signatures.
A Team Trophy will be presented to the Team Champions
The Top Fifteen Finishers will Receive a medal with the Individual Trophy to the low Medalist.
