Event Dates: July 7, 8, 9, & 10, 2019

Event Times: 7th practice round - after 12 noon call for times (included in fees) guest must pay separately.  8th 10am start, 9th 12 noon start,  10th 8:00 am start - Top 3 tee times will go off of #1 @ 8:00, 8:10, & 8:20; Reverse shotgun start at 8:20 for remaining players

Event Deadline: June 28, 2019 5pm

Entry Fees: $360.00 Includes practicer round, green fee, cart, range, tee prize, food (lunch card and buffet on final day) and prize fund.   All players will be put on waiting list until eligibility is determined, cards will be charged at the time the player is entered into the event.
 

Eligibility:   Exempt Players:

• Top 10 players from the previous years’ Championship
• Reigning State Match Play Champion
• Reigning State Mid Am Champion
• Champions from the past five years
• Up to 4 junior player exemptions based on resumes reviewed and approved by State Championship Committee
• Up to 4 State Committee special invites based on playing resumes approved by the State Championship Committee.
• The remaining 36 players will be split between associations, to be determined by however the association shall choose. (Points race, qualifying, tournament winners, etc.)
• All exempt players must submit an entry 45 days prior to the championship. (April 27th)

NOTES:

• Each association has until 30 days prior to the championship to fill their allocated spots.
• During the last 30 days all remaining spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  

Format:     

54 hole stroke play – no cut

1st Round – play begins at stipulated time  10:00 AM

Players can register 90 minutes before starting time if not done during stipulated practice round

2nd Round – play begins at stipulated time  12 Noon

Final Round – play begins at stipulated time  8:00 am

Re-pair by gross score, highest to lowest within each division
