Players Lunch
As part of your entry fee, the KGA will provide lunch to all players during the first two rounds (Tuesday & Wednesday) of the championship. More information on lunches will be provided at player registration on Monday, June 13th. There will be no lunch provided following Thursday's final round.

Eligibility
Male & Female junior amateurs. Must be a KGA member.
Entry Fee and Deadline
$90. Deadline for entry is Monday, June 5th at 4:00 pm.
Format
54 holes of individual stroke play within six age divisions. Following 36 holes there will be a cut to the low 15 and ties in each age division. Overall Champion to be determined. The event may be shortened to 36 holes if weather cancels either round. Trophies will be awarded to the top three in each age division. Medals awarded to all players that make the cut.

- Girls Open Division

The golf course will be set-up at approximately:
- 6,300 yards (Boys)
- 5,727 yards (Girls)

Turkey Creek Golf Course will be available for a practice round on Monday, June 12th (weather permitting). The practice round is included as part of your entry fee. Please contact the KGA office to arrange your practice round. Tee times are available from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. The practice round will be paired in groups of four players. Arranging your practice round with four players is preferred. Players that call with less than four players will not be given the same priority as players that call with a full group. Clubhouse and Practice Facilities
Clubhouse and practice facilities open one hour prior to the first starting time. Practice facilities are for tournament contestants use only.
Defending Champion
Lenexa's Blake Allen claimed the 57th Kansas Boys Junior Amateur at Crestwood Country Club in dramatic fashion. Allen, 18, rolled in a 30-foot birdie putt on the final hole to edge Pittsburg resident and Crestwood CC member Bradley Beykirch by one shot. Allen's rounds 72-71-71--214 put him at 2-under par total for the championship. Overland Park's Davis Cooper recieved low honors in the 14 & Under Division. 15-Year Old Division winner was Prairie Village's Will Harding. 16-Year Old Division winner was overall runner-up Bradley Beykirch of Pittsburg. The 17-Year Old Division was claimed by Manahattan's Cole Gritton.
Carts, Spectators and Caddies
Carts are not allowed for junior events sponsored by the KGA and KJGA. Spectators carts may be available at the discretion and price determined by the host club. Caddies are not allowed for junior events sponsored by the KGA and KJGA.

Registration
Registration is required for this championship. The registration table will be located near the clubhouse and/or scoreboard area at the host club. Players must register prior to their practice round. At registration, players will sign the player appreciation scroll for the host club, confirm championship starting times and answer any questions that players and/or spectators may have.
Score Posting
Scores from each round of this championship will be posted to the GHIN Handicap System using ESC (equitable stroke control).

Close of Competition
The competition shall be deemed to have closed when the symbolic prize for the event has been presented, or if no ceremony, when all scores and results have been approved by the Committee.
