Welcome to the 18th PNGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship
CHAMPIONSHIP DETAILS
Date: July 15-19, 2019
Location: Arrowhead Golf Club | Molalla, Ore.
Eligibility: Entries are open to amateur female golfers who: a) are members in good standing of a PNGA member club; b) meet the age requirements; and c) have a USGA Handicap Index or Golf Canada Handicap Factor not exceeding 16.4 at the close of entry.
Format: The Championship will be conducted in two stages:
Stroke Play – All players must complete the 36-hole stroke play qualifying. Flights and seeds will be determined by 36-hole qualifying scores. In the event of a tie for the Qualifying Medalist, duplicate medals will be awarded and seeding will be determined randomly. In the event of a tie for the final qualifying spot(s) in the Championship Flight (16 players), a hole-by-hole playoff will determine the qualifier(s). Ties, other than for the final spot(s) in the Championship Flight, will be determined randomly. *All players advance to match play.
Match Play – The General Numerical Draw will be in effect. Single elimination match play with an 18-hole Championship Final Match. Championship Flight of 16 will play one 18-hole match on Wednesday, two 18-hole matches (if you continue to win) on Thursday, and an 18-hole Championship Match on Friday. Remaining flight of 8 will play one 18-hole match each day. *This is a single elimination format.
Age: Contestants must be 25 years of age or older by July 15, 2019.
Handicap Limit: 16.4
Field Limit: 48. (Field fill method: Exempt players followed by order of entry receipt)
Note: The PNGA reserves the right to modify the field limits in conjunction with the PNGA Women's Amateur Championship to attain a total field size of 96.
Entry Fee: $200 (U.S. Funds)
Cart Fee: $40 per rider. Includes the first two rounds and must be paid during registration. Spectator carts will not be permitted.
Entry Deadline: July 1, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. (PDT)
Entry Includes: Guaranteed at least three rounds of championship play (2 stroke play & 1 match play), one hosted practice round, warm up range balls each day, tee prize, hosted lunch following round two and Kusak crystal awards for top-finishers.

- Champion earns an exemption into the 19th PNGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship to be played in July of 2020.
