REGISTRATION
All contestants must register with the PNGA, at Crosswater Club, outside the golf shop, prior to playing in the PNGA Cup (register before your practice round). The following registration hours have been scheduled:
TUESDAY, APRIL 30: Registration 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
SCHEDULE
TUESDAY, APRIL 30: Practice Rounds 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 1: Four-Ball Matches 8:00 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. #1 and #10 tees
WEDNESDAY, MAY 1: Foursome Matches 1:30 p.m. – 2:20 p.m. #1 and #10 tees
THURSDAY, MAY 2: Singles Matches 8:00 a.m. – 8:50 a.m. #1 and #10 tees
PLAYOFF
If there is a tie between teams after scheduled play, a playoff format is in place which will break the tie based on the head to head record of the teams involved.
PRACTICE ROUND
Each contestant may play one complimentary practice round at Crosswater Club prior to the championship. Practice rounds will be available from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30. Players may schedule practice round times through the online registration portal.
Players can play an additional practice round on Monday, April 29 after from 12:00 p.m. – close for the member-guest rate of $99 which includes cart and range.
Additionally, players who arrive early and are staying in Sunriver Resort lodging, may book guest rate tee times on other days as well. Players MUST be staying in Sunriver Resort lodging to take advantage of this.
DRESS CODE
Players must follow the PNGA Dress Code at all times while on host club property. Players will be encouraged to wear matching team uniforms (i.e., shirts, outerwear, etc.) with their respective association logo or the PNGA Cup logo, provided by their own association.
GATEHOUSE TO ENTER CROSSWATER CLUB
The gatehouse will open each morning at 6:30 a.m. Players will not be able to enter prior to this.
COMPLIMENTARY SUNRIVER SHUTTLE
Available 24-7 for anyone staying in a Sunriver Resort property.
GOLF SHOP
The golf shop will open each day from 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
CADDIES
Players are permitted to have a caddie. Host club caddies are not available.
AUTOMOTIVE CARTS
Golf carts are mandatory and included for all players during the practice round and all matches.
RANGE BALLS
Range balls will be available at the driving range during the practice round and on each day of the championship, courtesy of the PNGA. The range will open each day from 7:00 a.m. – dusk.
CLUB STORAGE
Club storage will be available to players beginning on Tuesday, April 30. Arrangements can be made in the golf shop.
LOCKER ROOM
The men’s and women’s locker rooms will be available. Towels will be provided for showers. Lockers will not be available.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted everywhere at Crosswater Club.
EXCEPT: For the cocktail hour and banquet on Wednesday, May 1, ALL players must charge their drinks to the PNGA master account using their name. Bartenders will keep a tally of each player’s drinks so that the PNGA can invoice each player afterwards.
CONTESTANT LUNCHES
A buffet lunch, hosted by the PNGA, will be in the dining room on Wednesday, May 1 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. and on Thursday, May 2 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. If a player plans to have a guest for lunch (spouse, caddie, etc.) on either day, they must register and pay the associated fee online prior to April 12. Guest lunches are $25 (USD) per day.
CONTESTANT BANQUET
The banquet, hosted by the PNGA, will take place on Wednesday, May 1 in the dining room. No-host cocktails will begin at 6:30 p.m. with dinner following at 7:30 p.m. The banquet is a formal affair; appropriate banquet or dinner attire is required. This may include dresses, skirts, pants, blouses, sweaters, blazers, etc. for women and coat and ties for men. Each player may bring one guest. Players must register their guests online and pay the associated fee prior to April 12. The guest banquet fee is $50 (USD). Contestants are required to attend the banquet.
FOOD SERVICE (NO-HOST)
On Tuesday, food service will be available in the Crosswater Pub and the Café (located below the golf shop near the cart staging area). The Pub will be closed following practice rounds for a private PNGA diner.
On Wednesday and Thursday, the Crosswater Café will be open at 6:30 a.m. for breakfast grab and go items as well as beverage and snacks.
AWARDS CEREMONY
The awards presentation ceremony will be held in the clubhouse on Thursday, May 2 and will begin immediately after all matches have been completed (approximately 2:00 p.m.). Contestants are required to attend the awards ceremony to its entirety.
PRIZES
The traveling crystal perpetual PNGA Cup trophy will be held at the winning association’s headquarters for the ensuing year. Each member of the winning team will receive a Kusak crystal trophy. The winning associations name will be inscribed on the silver perpetual “PNGA Cup” that is housed at the PNGA offices.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The PNGA expects all contestants, caddies, gallery, and guests to exhibit proper conduct and behavior on the golf course and anywhere on club property during a PNGA championship. Unbecoming conduct or behavior may be grounds for immediate disqualification, at any time, from any PNGA event.

LODGING
Contestants were encouraged to make lodging arrangements prior to March 1. The PNGA arranged for reserved rooms at the Sunriver Resort Lodge.
