Player Information
The GAM Private and GAM Public teams have been selected for the 28th Women’s Atlas Trophy Matches on Saturday and Sunday, June 8-9, 2019 at Bedford Valley GC in Battle Creek on Saturday and Stoatin Brae in Augusta on Sunday.

LODGING: There is not a host hotel for this event, however, you can click HERE to view discounted hotel rates. This is available to GAM members only and you can use it for any of your travel needs in 2019!
PRACTICE ROUND: Practice rounds are available for participants. Please call the pro shop for availability at (BV) (269) 965-3384 (SB) (269) 220-3976, and let them know you are an Atlas Trophy Participant. Availability is up to the discretion of Bedford Valley GC and Stoatin Brae.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday. Players will be responsible for their own food and beverage expenses for outside of those meals provided on Saturday and players are responsible for their own food and beverage expenses on Sunday.
PLAYERS’ RECEPTION: A formal dinner will be provided to the players on Saturday evening at 7:00pm. Business casual attire is appropriate dress for the players’ reception. Players wishing to bring a guest to the dinner must inform the GAM office by Monday, June 3rd. Guests will be charged a fee of $25 per person.
PRACTICE RANGE: The range will be open at 7:00 a.m. each day, with range balls complimentary on the competition days only.
TEAM CLOTHING: Players for each team will receive two clothing items that will be distributed either Friday evening or Saturday morning at the golf course. Players will be notified prior to Saturday’s morning matches what color shirt and pants to wear each day for their respective teams.

MATCH PLAY SCHEDULE:
Saturday, June 8th
Tee Times beginning at 8:10 a.m. Foursomes (Alternate Shot) Match Play
A match in which two players play against two other players, and each side plays one ball. Partners must play alternately from the teeing grounds and alternately during the play of each hole. One will play first from uneven holes and the other from all the even holes. Penalty strokes do not affect the order of play.
Lunch is provided between the sessions
Tee Times beginning at 1:00 p.m. Four-Ball Match Play
A match in which two players play their better ball against the better ball of two other players. Each player plays her own ball. The best score, per hole will be the team score. Only one player on a team is required to complete a hole. The team with the lowest score wins the hole.
Sunday, June 9th
Tee Times beginning at 9:00 a.m. Singles Match Play
Each match is worth one point. For matches tied at the conclusion of 18 holes, each team will be awarded one-half point with a total of 24 points available for the women. The Public team will be looking to retain the trophy.
