The North Carolina Senior Women's Amateur Championship began in 2004 and the North Carolina Super Senior Women's Amateur Championship began in 2023. The championships determine the senior women's champion and super senior women's champion of North Carolina. Both championships are conducted at 36 holes of stroke play. The competition includes gross and net scores and prizes are given for gross and net winners in each flight. Players are flighted within their championship based on 18-hole gross score after Round 1. Entry is open to any female amateur golfer who has reached her 50th birthday by the start of competition (NC Senior Women's Amateur) or who has reached her 65th birthday by the start of competition (NC Super Senior Women's Amateur), is a legal resident of North Carolina, is a member in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association and has an active GHIN® USGA Handicap Index®.
Note: Both championships will be held concurrently with the NC Women's Amateur Championship.
