The Kansas City Junior Tour provides players with a series of competitions around the Kansas City metropolitan area. Players are eligible for the KCJT if they are 19 years old or younger and have not started their freshman year of college. In order to apply to compete in a KCJT event, you must register for the Kansas City Junior Tour or the All-Inclusive Junior Tour membership program. To register for a junior tour membership program, click here.

There are multiple divisions players can play in. The top golfer in every division medals after each event. For detailed information on junior tour please click here.

In 2025, we are introducing a new division for both boys and girls. There will be an Open Division available for players who want to play a longer yardage and compete against the best of the best regardless of age. Players are eligible to register for the Open division regardless of their age. It is designed for players with lower handicap indexes and can compete at the longest yardage and toughest conditions.

For Junior Boys Player of the Year points, players must play up in the Boys Open division. Email Taylor or Sam if you wish to play in the Open division.

The KCJT does have a stand alone season points award for Player of the Years in each age division. To view your standing, please click above on the KCJT POY Standings tab.

The KCJT Championship is qualification only. Players who win their age division in a KCJT will automatically qualify and receive an invite the week of qualifying. The top 5 players on the KCJT Player of the Year list for each division the week prior to the Tour Championship will also automatically qualify. If there is room for others in each age division, players will be entered in as first come first served basis based on performance and number of KCJTs played in.
